Hello Everyone,
My name is Daria, and I am proud to be one of a key members of the Max It Up – Coach team. As a Training Program Designer and Developer, I specialize in creating customized programs tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Most of the organizations I work with are forward-thinking companies that aim to elevate their leadership and executive teams to new heights. At Max It Up – Coach, we deliver bespoke training programs led by our team of internationally certified coaches, ensuring a premium and impactful experience every time.
I firmly believe that modesty, is a limitation, that prevents you from asking for what you deserve. With this mindset, I embrace the opportunity to share my expertise and creativity with our clients. Beyond my professional work, I am also a poet and an artist, driven by a passion to be inspired and inspire others. My creative talents are evident in every aspect of my work.
Having performed on stage as a theater actor, I have developed a profound understanding of emotional expression and its role in communication. This experience deeply enhanced my Emotional Intelligence and set me on a path to coaching and training development. I strongly believe that the way we express ourselves profoundly influences how others perceive us, which ultimately shapes the outcomes of our interactions.
This year, I am excited to release my third poetry book, written in Russian, for those who share a love for the language. Art, psychology, and emotional self-exploration are not just interests for me—they are the foundation of my creativity and the driving force behind my work. I bring this passion into every project I develop, ensuring that our training programs do more than impart knowledge—they also foster growth in Emotional Intelligence. This helps participants gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their emotions, and the emotions of others, leading to more impactful leadership and communication skills.
